One can take apart the orange piece and pull through a replacement bag (much cheaper than the Volcano bags), then reassemble to orange piece onto the new bag. Or, one can simply slit the "old" bag and put a new one on over the orange piece and fasten it on tightly with a rubber band, wire, or whatever one improvises to hold the new bag tightly on.
